Executive Director's Welcome

Welcome to Salem Child Development Center. I began my career at SCDC 23 years ago and have had the honor of being the Executive Director since 2017. Providing the highest quality of care for children is our top priority. We strive to develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with all children and their families. We believe that children learn best through play. Our environments encourage exploration while establishing safe boundaries. By developing positive, caring and responsive environments we hope to help children build a foundation for lifelong learning. I have the privilege of representing SCDC in the community and beyond as a member of the Oregon Association of Early Learning Professionals Board and as a member of Salem Executive Association.
